With better leaders, the focus is also on the development of the infrastructures and the Health. Massive Industrialization also plays a vital role in the development of the startups and IT hubs, which is not as good in the Northern states as in the Southern states.

Southern India has more numbers of educational institutes and hence it has more startup and placement groups. Access to the Sea is important for trade which is, of course, better in South India. Government policies also play a major role.

So we all know that South India have their own Silicon Valley but in North India cities like Delhi-NCR, Ahmedabad and others are soon catching up to be in par with its Southern counterparts.
